Workplace health assessments were traditionally approached with a checkbox mentality. Candidates and employees were determined to be fit for work or not. There was little follow-up beyond this: it was down to you.

Physical capabilities were also often prioritised, neglecting the impact of the physical work environment and mental health. And, so, the idea for Happy Health was born.

We wanted to create a more holistic workplace health service. A service that begins with assessments by qualified doctors and health professionals but goes one step further, coaching employees to make positive changes and monitoring them over time.

Our approach is all about care and prevention. We closely watch the health of each employee. If issues or potential issues are detected, we provide data, support, and accountability to prevent illness and serious injury and potentially save lives.

And because we believe in making the process as easy, cost-effective and efficient as possible, we fitted out a fleet of mobile vans that bring our service to you on-site.
